Turkey Rice Soup Recipe
1 lb ground turkey
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup brown rice
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from pot and set aside.
