2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp. olive oil

4 celery stalks, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen peas


Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
Add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to coat.
