Recipe of Chicken Qorma
1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
2 onions, finely chopped
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 green cardamoms
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2-3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Heat oil in a large pot and add cumin seeds and cardamoms until they start to sizzle.
Add onions and fry until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Fry for a minute.
Add chicken pieces and fry for 5-7 minutes until the chicken changes color.
Add yogurt and mix well. Add enough water to cover the chicken pieces.
Cover the pot and let the chicken cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is tender and the gravy is thick.
Add garam masala powder and mix well.
