3. Taco Bowls
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
1 cup cooked rice
1 avocado, diced
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
Add the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn to the skillet and stir until heated through.
Divide the cooked rice into bowls and top with the taco meat mixture.
Garnish with diced avocado.
