1 whole chicken, cleaned and dried
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
Chopped cilantro for garnish
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, paprika, garam masala, and salt.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
