Classic Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
