Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bay leaf
6 cups chicken broth
3 cups egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
In a large pot, sauté the chicken pieces until browned on all sides.
Add the onion, carrots, celery, garlic, and bay leaf to the pot and sauté for another 5 minutes.
