Classic Blackstone Burger
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

4 brioche buns
Sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments of your choice
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup stone-ground grits
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, chopped
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup diced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
