Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry


1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 head broccoli, chopped into small florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon oyster sauce


In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch. Add sliced beef and toss to coat. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove from wok and set aside.
Add garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces egg noodles


Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir to coat.
Gradually pour in beef broth, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Reduce heat and stir in sour cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve beef stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.

Grilled Steak with Chimichurri Sauce


4 New York strip steaks
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat grill to high heat.
In a bowl, whisk together garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper to make chimichurri sauce.
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Grill steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
Transfer steaks to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve steaks with chimichurri sauce on top.
