Classic Beef Brisket Recipe


4-5 pound beef brisket
1 tablespoon kosher salt

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 bay leaves


Preheat the oven to 325°F.
