3 lbs chicken thighs or legs
2 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 scallions, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste
